1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the booking period.
2 Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before the start of the booking period, 80% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel within 2 days of the start of the booking period, 30% of the payment will be refunded.
3 Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4 Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your stay, less any deductions for breakages, damage, or additional cleaning charges.
5 Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation. The property must not be used for parties or events without prior written consent.
6 Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed in writing at the time of booking.
7 Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
8 Liability: We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your belongings during your stay.
